A2 membership is part of the A2 solutions off-the-shelf family. Some of the main things you can do on A2 Membership are:
Fully manage a database of members. Whether you want to be able to invoice or communicate with these members, or just manage a list of people privately, A2 membership will make this easy.
Customise your membership details. Although A2 Membership is known as an “off-the-shelf” we have worked hard to make sure that it works hard for you. So you can choose your own membership fields to create a membership form that you can either store in your database, or send out to members (electronically and printed) for them to complete.
Send out invoices and manage renewal dates. You can customise an invoice to send out to your members and manage your own renewal period, whether membership at your club is for a month, a year, or a decade!
Set up Events. A2 Membership has event functionality, allow you to set up an event, inform your members of such an event and choose whether that event is free or an additional charge.
Full messaging functionality. If you choose to activate the customer portal (included in the cost of the system) you can message your members individually or as a group within the system. Alternatively, we have an email builder included within the system, allowing you to create templated emails to send out from the system instead.
